This Privacy Policy applies to the FixrQuote AI by Arj Automate application ("the Service"), operated by the account owner ("we", "us", "our"). The Service is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables building and engineering contractors to generate, manage, and deliver professional quotations to their clients.
For the purposes of UK data protection law, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, we act as the data controller in respect of personal data processed through this Service.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We retain your account and company data for as long as your account remains active. Quote data (including client details entered by you) is retained for the period specified by your subscription tier — 3 months for the Engineer tier and indefinitely for Contractor and Business tiers — unless you delete it sooner.
Upon account deletion, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g. financial records for 6 years under UK tax law).

The Service uses a single session cookie (app_session_id) to maintain your authenticated session. This cookie is strictly necessary for the Service to function and does not require your consent under UK PECR. We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies beyond what is provided by the Manus platform infrastructure.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure session management, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your data may be processed on servers located outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
